What is the typical shipping timeframe for furniture?
Most of our home decor items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 2-3 weeks for specialized freight delivery to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Kolor ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home textiles?
We accept returns on unused textiles, such as rugs and cushions, within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Are the materials used in your products sustainable?
Yes, we prioritize eco-friendly sourcing. Many of our collections feature FSC-certified wood, organic cotton, and recycled metals to minimize our environmental footprint.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also monitor your shipment's progress through the 'Order History' section of your Kolor account.
