At Kolor, we want your home to be a true reflection of your style; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
